The MTV Staying Alive Foundation is a global nonprofit working for over 25 years to reduce HIV transmission among young people through entertaining content, media campaigns (like MTV Shuga), and grant funding for youth-led initiatives. To date, it has awarded over US$6 million in grants and directly educated millions across 70+ countries.
