A journey companion app helping commuters easily travel around Greater Manchester
Project Details
Working with the people of Greater Manchester and Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM), this project delivered a new app to help users stay informed with live transport departures, plan and track journeys, and purchase tickets. As Principal Designer for Softwire, Beyond Hippodrome’s Ben Wundersitz provided design leadership and collaborated with their cross-functional team, whose expertise in user experience and app development helped create a successful, robust product.

Over more than two years, we worked to build the trust of tram and bus travellers — gradually releasing new features, improving functionality, and enhancing actionable analytics.
